New Road to Fitness and Wellbeing

I’ve been going through a lot of Changes in my life and it seems like *everyone* I talk to is, too!

And I do mean Changes with a big “C”, too!!

I know that weathering them for me has meant getting back to basics – not like they’re a good idea but really getting determined about practicing them – like journaling, meditating, and praying. That’s a beautiful thing and really helping me to plug back into a joyous experience of life.

One of the things that I also have helping to boost my spirits up and keep me on the straight and narrow is that I am also going though an extreme personal makeover courtesy of Dr. Jason Shapiro and Tribeca Med.

Soooo….

Next big step it up area for me is health and fitness. I’ve had some health issues that have seriously effected my energy levels and I’m just starting to get my groove back and IN the groove. It’s been a classic Catch 22; I know one of the reasons why I don’t have more energy is because I’ve gained weight and gotten a *lot* more sedentary, but I’ve been sick enough (just noticed the work “ick” in that word; not a coincidence, I guess) that anything else after doing the things that absolutely had to be done to keep my life from going down in flames was a “You’ve got to be kidding me!” thing.

One of the things that brought it to mind is that I’m sitting here at my friend Juan Esteban’s kitchen table on my laptop and we’re blogging together. He’s making his first post on his shiny new blog at http://www.juanesteban.com .

He’s an amazing guy, very powerful and incredibly generous with his time and talents so for one – you definitely want to add him to your posse, virtually or otherwise, but two – if you get a chance why don’t you stop in and show him some comment love? It’s good blogging karma and you might just find yourself with a cool new friend and maybe even a potential Joint Venture (JV) Partner. (smile)

Love, peace and all cool things from the 60′s, my friends,
Tracy
