Power Thought on a Full and Glorious Life
Stop sitting there with your hands folded looking on, doing nothing; Get into action and live this full and glorious life.
Eileen Caddy Quotes
Power Thought Coaching:
In the crush of day to day life an examined life might look completely out of reach. Living spaces, work areas and even wilderness parks are becoming busier and more and more cramped. Creating both the time and the space to deeply ponder the nature of life and the quality of our own lives – and what we would wish for them – is seeming more and more like just a nice idea. It’s a journey that takes a lot of courage to face and many times the things on our to do list are little more than a way to avoid facing the awful truth of what we have – and haven’t – created in our lives. What activities can you de-clutter from your to do list? What have you turned into daily rituals that don’t have to be? What daily or weekly rituals could you redesign to lighten your burden or even outsource altogether?
Your partner in saying ‘YES!’ passionately to life,

Power Thought on Living
It is not the end of the physical body that should worry us. Rather, our concern must be to live while we’re alive – to release our inner selves from the spiritual death that comes with living behind a facade designed to conform to external definitions of who and what we are.
