The Research and Development (R&D) Team FAQ'sParticipating on The Tracy Phaup Group's R&D Team is an extraordinary opportunity to brainstorm with leaders from all over the globe. You'll be rubbing elbows with successful professionals from every walk of life. You'll have the opportunity to participate, at no cost to you, in the development of courses such as Wealth Building, eMarketing, Personal Foundation, and Perfect Life program. Your creativity is allowed full throttle in this collaborative developmental process. You'll be invited to share your wisdom, insights, experience, and ideas as you participate in the program. Visit our R&D FAQ's to find out more about what you would be agreeing to should you decide to sign up for the Team! What is an R&D Team? How do I participate on the Team? What kinds of projects will I be working on? What am I expected to contribute? What about courtesy/politeness? What happens to my ideas and suggestions? What is the charge for joining the R&D Team? What about confidentiality? Do I have to be an active member? What is an R&D Team?An R&D (Research and Development) team is a team of people who come together to provide feedback and support in the research and development stages of products, programs, and services. Your participation allows the author to modify, refine, adjust, amplify, and extend what they're creating. How do I participate on the Team? You'll be participating on the Team by reading and exchanging emails, and by joining chats or utilizing any of our collaborative tools that you wish to take advantage of. The level of activity that a R&D Team can reach varies, but you can expect to receive about 5 emails a week from the Team. What kinds of projects will I be working on?At this time there are a series of projects in the works. For example, an eMarketing program, the Personal Foundation program (a program that works with you to build a strong Personal Foundation for high quality living), technical courses in applications like FrontPage, Multiple Streams of Income program, and the Perfect Life program. And that's just what's in the works for right now. What am I expected to contribute? No one is graded or judged on their contribution to the R&D Team. If you could just take the few moments that it would take to read the email you receive and respond as you see fit, then you've created a valuable contribution to the Team. One comment could be enough to create a radical shift in what the programs can accomplish. What about courtesy and politeness?Be courteous; be polite. Flaming is an Internet term for communicating with the intention of insulting. Flaming is not acceptable on the R&D Team. Although you are encouraged to communicate honestly and openly, please do so in a respectful and civil manner. Your honesty is encouraged, but personal attacks will not be tolerated. What happens to my ideas and suggestions?Ideally, by participating on the list everyone is served and benefits from the ideas and suggestions that are being exchanged on the list. As a practical manner, since the point of the R&D Team is to enhance the program under discussion, by participating you are allowing The Tracy Phaup Group to use, incorporate, modify and adapt the posts to improve the program. Credit will be given where possible, but is in no way guaranteed. What is the charge for joining the R&D Team? The Tracy Phaup Group will not be charging for these programs initially, and you will not be charged for participating on the R&D Team. The Tracy Phaup Group will most likely be forming intellectual property out of the programs under development and will be incorporating feedback from the R&D Team. Once we begin to charge for the programs we will make the programs and the accompanying materials available to the R&D Team members for either free of charge or for a vastly reduced price. Legally, The Tracy Phaup Group (or one of it's subsidiary's) will be the legal holder/owner of any materials produced by the R&D contributions. What about confidentiality?Your contributions remain confidential with The Tracy Phaup Group. Please do NOT share proprietary and confidential material unless you are legally allowed to do so. Do I have to be an active member? Please do not join if you are not willing to be an active member. Of course, there may be times when you are more active than others.
